100% Soy Wax - Natural Wood Wicks - Essential Oils
Our candles are made with 100% soy wax and not a soy wax BLEND like most competitors. Candles come with all natural wood wicks from non-treated fruit trees. The vast majority of our scents are infused with essential oils; these are notated in the fragrance description. Essential oils are essentially aroma compounds that are removed from the seeds, flowers, leaves, roots and stems or bark of plants through methods such as distillation or extraction.
Because essential oils are not available for every scent we'd like to use and essential oils often have very low flash points which cause them to evaporate when added to hot candle wax , fragrance oils are used in scents where there is no applicable essential oil to use. Clean candles are extremely important to us and is the bedrock of our business. Our oil distributor guarantees the fragrance oils we use are free of carcinogens, mutagens, reproductive toxins, organ toxins and acute toxins; they also exclude any material on California's Prop 65 list.
Always allow candle to reach a FULL MELT POOL each time it's lit. We are not responsible for your candle burning improperly if you do not do this for each burn!! Never leave unattended or burn more than 4 hours at a time. Wood wicks are generally self trimming however if wick reaches longer than 1/4'', simply pinch off the charred wood before lightning. Discard candle when less than 1/2'' of wax remains.
